Professional, expert, and empathetic.
Dr. Jeffers has been my gynecologist for over 10 years. She is empathetic, highly professional and the absolutely the best. The office staff are always courteous and efficient. I've never waited more than 10 minutes.
I've had such a great experience with all the Dr's and the staff at this office.

To the front office, I’ve had nothing but bad experience - I always get a CSR name Sharon she has hung up the phone on me, ignored my calls, I asked to supervisor lakeisha she mentioned she was transferring me over and hung up on my face. I call back several times waiting on a call back - since she sees my number she is refusing my calls back now. Despite the front being unprofessional, Sarah Jeffers has been an amazing doctor since the beginning of my journey! Thank you so much.
