arrived for appointment. my last visit was 10 months ago. i paid the total they said i owed. today tell me i have 1000 dollar past due. no bills sent no communication. rude girl at desk refused to let me be seen without payment. like doctor morris but this is no way to run an office. my appointment was to discuss meds i was put on. i called and left a mesage with my phone number. no reaponse. doc gave notes but no one called to tell me what they were. will look for new cardiologist. good thing im not having a sweious issue t... read more
Young lady came in after I was already checked in for my appointment that obviously the receptionist has a relationship with. They start laughing, talking and catching up. In my mind, I just KNEW this lady was going to be called before me and of course she was. I ask if my physician is running behind because my appointment was at 11. Her response? They're coming. I don't even know where to start with this review. I have been to see Dr. Faye Vargas several times and every time I left feeling very disappointed in the care I received. I have been looking into finding another Dr. I have found one that I will be seeing in January. I planned on never going to her again, but needed to get in for a visit. Today's visit was absurd. Dr. Vargas is not the average Internist! Her knowledge base is above and beyond the usual and her passion is evident in the care she takes with patients! There's also a cardiologist, Dr. Morris in this office. Both physicians are exceptional!
