I had a really disappointing experience at this urgent care. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel like they actually cared about me as a patient—more like I was just a quick dollar to them. Dr. Patel was wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. My daughter plays volleyball, and he even gave her a few helpful pointers — which was such a pleasant surprise. We truly appreciate his care and the time he took with us!
I brought my young daughter in for a shoulder injury. The doctor and medical assistants were very kind and attentive—they truly deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, the front desk staff member was indifferent and seemed unwilling to help, which was frustrating and left a poor first impression of the clinic.
