RecommendedA great big thank you to Jeannette Smith for outstanding customer service in getting shoes for my visiting brother-in-law. He is a very large man and wears a size 13 shoe. Jeanette found & tried every pair of 12, 13 & 14 in the store, but none fit. It was finally decided to order a pair and they arrived and fit him perfectly. Thanks Jeannette for a very enjoyable customer experience.

I love this store - people friendly - especially to us that don't know a lot about our bikes.
The employees went above and beyond to help me purchase a pedal bike, and all the fun accessories, for my son. What started off to be a less than pleasant experience ended up being a fabulous experience because they showed they genuinely cared about customer satisfaction and people! I’ll definitely be back to purchase bikes for my husband and myself. My son is thrilled with his new bike and I’m thrilled with the service Trek provided. Thank you!
