Absolutely hospitable staff! I was greeted by the wonderful Jeanette. I wanted to get a beginner bike and I wasn't at all treated like an uninitiated noob (Because I am). I ordered a beginner bike (Trek Marlin 6) I was lucky enough to buy the last one of my size in their inventory and just about the entire inventory of all the locations in the state. Dude, where do I start, I strolled Into the PTC store I was interested in begin my cycling journey and was told Alex, Pat and team should be my first stop. After going over all of my options for road bikes with Pat I was confident I wanted to go with the Émonda ALR 4 with Disc brakes. I did a little bit more research on competitor brands (Giant, specialized etc) but felt like the Émonda was the best route for me to start with.
