Update (Aug 2025): I am always glad for the nice waiting area (stocked up coffee, vending machines, and new vehicles to check out) during services. Thanks to Feras, Chris and the Master Tech (I didn't get the name) who took care of my new vehicle today. I definitely appreciate seeing the tech's video when my car is serviced. Before I moved to Duluth, I had a go-to Advisor, Justin, at Toyota South. Since moving, I have not been able to find a friendly advisor who provides great customer service until I met Sebastian. There have been many pleasant visits to the Service Department thanks to him. I hope he's happy with his salary because I need him to stay put for a while!
