The service department is a joke. My two-year-old granddaughter can do better. They spilled oil all over the engine during the oil change. The truck smelled like burned oil for a month after my visit. I get accidents happen but you can see there was no attempt to try to clean up the spilled oil.
Exactly what you'd expect from a dealership service department. Upselling, pressure and scare tactics if you don't immediately agree to the recommended work.
I had a horrible experience with my service today. I made an appointment for 7:45 AM a couple days ago through the link provided to me. However, when I arrived, I was told that my appointment was not in the system.
