Dustin Kim has serviced my Toyota vehicles for about 4 years. He is respectful to me and meticulous when it comes to my car. He always explains what is routine preventative maintenance vs a break/fix, and he does not object if I defer routine maintenance until the next oil change. I used to only come to Atlanta Toyota for a recall, but after a poor experience with another mechanic I choose to go to Dustin Kim for oil changes as well.
Dont bring your car here for service. They will screw your car up and expect you to pay for repairs. Watch out for Johathan and Azmina. They a rent their to help you. They will screw you. Take your car to another dealer.

The service department uses typical shady dealership tactics to squeeze every penny they can out of customers. This dealership magically couldn’t pull up my extended warranty and told me I need to pay out of pocket. One call to corporate and the dealer I bought the car from confirms that Atlanta Toyota are taking advantage of customers. If anyone has any issues skip the nonsense and call corporate directly.
