My Avalon was approved for a recall on a dashboard as was my husband's 4Runner. Both were approved almost 2 years ago. My husband's dash came in 1st. I called several times and people in the service dept told me that mine was on its way. That some took longer than others. My service technician Mike Pendleton is no longer there. The service manager Jason said it was never ordered and it has expired so he cannot order one for me. Only advice was to call a national number. Very disappointed.
