I waited 1 hour to get my tire changed with no one in line! The guy was in there arguing with someone for no reason at all! I threatened to leave that's when the started changing my tire! Bad customer service!
If I get it give it a lower score I definitely would! They sell old worn tires that they add tar to to make them seem as though they're newer with tread when they're actually bald they also change the prices randomly on tire plugs I've been charged $10 $12 $15 and then $20 all within the same 2months! Please avoid these former scammers at all costs this business needs to be reported!!!
DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM ATLANTA TIRE GIANT I paid $80 for a used tire from Atlanta Tire Giant and have had to put air in it every single day just to drive safely. When I returned, they admitted they knew the tire was bad — and still refused to replace it or refund me. Selling unsafe tires and refusing to fix the problem is dishonest and dangerous. Women especially — be careful. Do not let this shop take advantage of you. Terrible service. Zero integrity. Unsafe business practices.
