I love ATC and have referred multiple patients over the years and have utilized therapy services with Stella Roumanis myself and she is stellar! I’m in my 60’s and find her approach straight-forward, validating and nurturing. I’ve been very happy as I’ve been working with her through the difficult transition of retiring. She’s had my back and is very insightful. I’m grateful.
We had one session with Courtney. We were looking forward to more even though she grossly misunderstood a statement my partner said about a medicine that she suggested. Instead of digging deeper into what she misunderstood, she rudely responded in an egotistical way. It wasn't worth explaining because she isn't capable of writing a prescription and I didn't want to waste time. All in all, that really wasn't a big deal. The Atlanta Therapeutic Collective lives its commitment to the words of Helen Keller quoted on its website: Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much. The Collective provides quality mental health services and sex therapy to the community. Offices, for when it’s possible to meet in person again, are easily accessible from many areas. And through its Low-Cost Therapy Program, the Collective is able to provide therapy at lower rate while also providing excellent training for new clinicians. A true win-win!
Atlanta Therapeutic Collective is an amazing resource if you're looking for a relationship and/or sex therapist. Courtney and her team are knowledgeable, caring, and supportive! They are a much needed, and cost effective, resource for the community. I'd highly recommend ATC!!
