***** the plumber never removed my toilet to research a leak I was having in my home. My subfloor was we. He just said he couldnt visibly see a leak. He referred mitigation team. The mitigation team said they dont find leaks. They just wanted to build my insurance for a phony plumbing issue. Turns out the issue was a big hole in my roof. Be VERY careful! I called several companies to get estimates. ALL of the business stated that their estimates subtracted the cost to come to the home upfront except for this one. Their cost is also higher than most, but my point is, it is NOT subtracted from the repair cost. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
