We had a pool that two other swimming pool contractors could not clear up the water. John and his crew were out to our house the same day and had a minor repair done and the water cleared up by the next day. Great work. Cindy
Excellent service and very educational! Jay took the time to come to my residence and service my pool after I had contact several pool services and waited all day for two days for them to NO SHOW! My daughter contact Jay and after a phone conversation with him he promised to come to my home the next morning, Fri., May 27th. He actually showed and fixed my pool and gave me a very, very helpful pool education session. I will definitely use his services again!
Fantastic Service. I called them because of a broken heater. He came over the same day. Unfortunately it could not be fixed, everything was rusted out. So I had him install a new heater. He said he would come back in a few days. But then he hears I had a pool party on Saturday so he came back late Friday afternoon and worked late into the evening to get it fixed. I didn't even ask him, he just came over and did it. I would give Jay 10 stars if I could. That's the way to treat your customers. Thank you!
