Unless you want to be lied to and taken advantage of I would not recommend using this business. They misdiagnosed the issue with my mower simply by pulling the cord. Told me I needed a new engine so I purchased another one from Sears. Only to be called back and told they were wrong and it just needed oil. Now they want me to pay them for their labor - which I would have gladly done if I didn't already buy another mower on their recommendation. The guy, Gary, just doesn't get why I would be angry.
