I had an amazing experience at Atlanta Shine! They’re a family-owned business and you can truly feel the care and pride they put into their work. I came in needing water extracted from my carpet and they were quick, professional, and very fairly priced. Curiously enough my first experience with this business, I was impressed. Which made me conclude that this is where my car would "always be" detailed. Yet, the low grade response and poor customer service I experienced today!! Makes me REJECT that thought. I asked them to straighten out the poor cleaning of my LEXUS windows the rags used to do them were dirty and left a film on the front & back & sunroof.
