A wonderful place for anyone interested in or currently practicing meditation. My husband and I starting dropping by years ago and do not get back often enough. The temple is beautiful and everyone we have met has been so welcoming. We appreciate the children's programs now that we have our daughter, and look forward to her involvement with the center!
It has changed my life. Been attending classes and meditating here for almost a year. I highly suggest this serene center to learn to focus on your breath. Learn mindful meditation. Gentle free instructions offered twice weekly. Free meditation practice available daily. Dharma talks and discussion.
