I have to say that the entire staff has been so helpful with getting my old Serger up and running! Audrey, Sam and Johnny have held my hand learning how to use my machine, while cleaning and repairing it after another place in Tucker charged me money for doing absolutely nothing!! You will not regret bringing your machine to be serviced here!! Next time I need a new machine; they will get my business! Thanks again!
BEWARE They sold my mother in law a $35 part that didn't work and would not refund it. A part that doesn't work isn't worth a dollar, nevermind 35.
