Had the most bizarre interaction. I called Atlanta Sewer Pro, and someone picked up and introduced himself as Matt from Zippy (another plumbing company). I clarified to make sure I was indeed calling Atlanta Sewer Pro and he said yes after a moment. I asked what they charge for sewer scope inspections and he said “a lot”. I called Atlanta Sewer Pro because my basement toilet kept backing up. After having my handyman make 2 attempts at fixing the problem, I called a plumber. Matt with Atlanta Sewer Pro came out same day and diagnosed my issue as a blocked main drain. He then, brought in a hydro jet to blast out the the blockage into the sewer main. Atlanta Sewer Pro then cameraed the whole drain line to confirm there were no secondary blockages or damage. Some problems require a licensed plumber and this is one of them. We had a bedroom sink, toilet, shower drain, and a botched plumbing job in our basement bar area for this team to fix. It took a day’s worth of work, but the team was thorough, focused on the quality of their work, answered all of our questions, and took us through a final walk through where they showed and explained reached repair. Professionals through and through and their expertise showed. We’d definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.
