They reviewed the safety equipment and operations of the rental. I would like to say don't ever go there so my RV is available when I need it, but we all know that is not true.
Stopped at this service center for an oil change, half-way through a cross-country drive. Discovered some ladder damage on the roof, which they took care of very quickly. Got the oil changed, the ladder repaired, and the RV washed, all in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. At the end of their normal workday, I asked a question about my inverter.
