The service from Atlantic Refrigeration is second to none. I had an issue with roof pod of my Dometic Ibis 4 Air-Conditioning unit on my caravan. I initially spoke to Dometic in Melbourne who advised me the unit was still under warranty (3 years and was not aware) and to contact their main service dealer in Adelaide - Atlantic Refrigeration. I contacted Claudia from Atlantic Refrigeration who booked me the next day to have the unit checked out. (for a fairly large organisation you normally have to wait weeks for a booking!!)... read more
Butchered the BCF warranty on my portable 12v fridge by sending in receipts for a different fridge I don't even own anymore, causing warranty to be declined. Rude receptionist, no, if, and's or buts. $400 down the drain. No room for discussion, nothing.
Atlanta repaired our fridge and our stove top after a horror trip crossing the Plenty highway. They realised we were a long way from home and completed our repairs on the same day. Great Staff and Servvice second to none and we are so grateful. Thankyou
Took our new caravan to Atlanta refrigeration as the fridge in van was causing us great worry. During the night it constantly was trying to light on gas and then going whoof. So loud woke us up continuously. Very scary! Staff at Atlanta were very helpful and fixed our fridge. Highly recommend this company . Helen and Neil
