If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. We had used this company previously. We have had some hiccups in the past, but it was always made right. Until now. Photos were taken on Wednesday at 12:30. They have a “48 hour guarantee” which doesn’t mean anything to them whatsoever. After repeated attempts to get in touch, we were simply told they were “short staffed” and working toward getting them to us soon. However, they refused to give any sort of time frame. Gave them three stars because I've used them successfully before, but this time around cancelled the shoot 10 minutes after it was scheduled and then ghosted me on rescheduling.

Another ghosted client. I booked Atlanta Real Estate Photo for a new listing. The photographer did show up to the scheduled appointment but I never heard from them again. I called several times, left messages with no call back!!!!!

Don't waste your time! I scheduled my photo shoot for 10am on a Monday. I received a call that morning saying that the photographer was having car trouble and they would get someone out there to do it in his place. I reached out via text and phone the next day and no one got back to me. Now it's Wednesday and I reach out again and was told no one ever went. RUN away from this business. As a realtor, quality photos and reliable contractors are crucial to your business, AREP will leave you disappointed. I needed photos for a rental and decided to save a little money and went with AREP. The photographer rescheduled 10 minutes before the appointment and then never showed up, didn't answer phone calls or texts.
