I'ts difficult to encompass the nearly 1 year long Pure Tax experience that I had and filter it all down to 1 rating experience. So here's my take: Responsiveness: 5 stars. From the get-go my online inquiries were responded to quickly by Tim, the President, and phone calls were arranged to answer my questions. Do not use. Run away from this company. Once hired, they would keep setting up conference calls and ask for more money. A total rip off!
