I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. After initially quoting me $850, the price was later increased to $2,500 because my project was considered more complex. I was willing to move forward and even agreed to pay the higher fee. Unfortunately, after that, communication essentially stopped. I never received the appraisal or any meaningful follow-up despite my willingness to proceed. Can’t get a response from this guy after calls and voicemails and scheduling a call on his website which he no showed

He showed up as scheduled, completed the job thoroughly, and delivered the report (less than 7 days) exactly as promised.
