I had a great experience with Sweet James. Everyone was superb with texting, calling or emailing me any updates with my case. I was given updates frequently. I never had to call or ask for information. I was provided with things I can expect and what steps to take, all medical appointments were set up for me. I literally had to do nothing but show up. Anytime anyone brings up an accident, I actually always recommend Sweet James.

So far, my experience has been amazing. My case manager, Theuwan White, has fought for me like no other. When the insurance company tried to cap my rental, he stepped in immediately, advocated on my behalf, and got it extended. The team has stayed on top of my case every step of the way and made the entire process feel seamless.
