Wow, from reading the other reviews from below, I got to say that I disagree with the last review because they’ve done nothing but been helpful and are extremely honest! I know that some things don’t always go right and it can take time, but they always have our best interest and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them and other people I know as well! I had a great experience with Sweet James. Everyone was superb with texting, calling or emailing me any updates with my case. I was given updates frequently. I never had to call or ask for information. I was provided with things I can expect and what steps to take, all medical appointments were set up for me. I literally had to do nothing but show up. Anytime anyone brings up an accident, I actually always recommend Sweet James.

So far, my experience has been amazing. My case manager, Theuwan White, has fought for me like no other. When the insurance company tried to cap my rental, he stepped in immediately, advocated on my behalf, and got it extended.
