From my first contact with this office, I was very disappointed. The receptionist, a woman named Edith, actually hung up the phone on me, interrupting me when I spoke, not listening to my concerns or what I was even saying. Perhaps she has a hard time hearing. When it came time to sign my actual lease, there were all types of miscommunication, and the office presented me with the wrong lease to sign more than once.
