I was a patient of Dr Bankston. I am writing so no one has to experience what I went through or possibly worse. Dr Bankston performed a simple implant and bone graft for me. The first surgery went poorly and I was taken to the emergency room on a weekend because of massive infection due to the sutures in my mouth falling out because they were poorly done. I was treated for an extraction & was in the office for 5 hours. He wants to put me asleep for everything & I don’t understand why. He charged a consultation fee of $710.00 which is ridiculous! That was the worse dental experience ever!
I can only echo what others have said--cold, borderline rude, dishonest, no help at all.
Rude! Unprofessional! Don’t waste your money/time
Dr. Bankston is amazing.
Not very good explaining anything before or after surgery. Almost feel like I had to pull info out of him. Very much left in dark. Staff was great but doctor no so much
Felt rushed out of his office, extremely unhelpful, not even close to being a friendly person. Very unpleasant visit, will NEVER recommend him
Dr. Bankston treated me for an extraction. Beware of false charges!!! Double billing for services he claimed you had and you actually did not like anesthesia when you were fully awake.
