When I first made this appointment for my son at the front desk, I advised them that they needed to call my insurance to verify benefits. I specifically asked that a note would be placed in the system. The day of my appointment (today) I received a call at 9:31AM stating they were unable to verify it. Even though the day I made my appointment they took a copy of my insurance card. It turns out they had the numbers wrong. So fine provided they the correct information. I have been seen by Dr Jo three times now. I will see him again, if necessary, as he and his staff have created a true gem in the oral surgery field. My visit was handled in a most caring and considerate manner from the time I walked in ( by a very helpful and informative receptionist). I had been concerned about the circumstances of my visit, but those concerns were put to rest in a considerate and reassuring discussion . I then had a short wait before being brought back for my procedure. The staff on nurses brought me in and prepped me, explaining to me what each thing they were doing was for.
