My appointment was at 930 and I got to see me before then in and out very professional.
Excellent medical service
Dr. Tesfaye is an excellent neurologist. He is very knowledgeable, listens well and includes the patient in the health decision making. However, I was forced to discharge myself due to the staff's unprofessional attitude. Wait time in the office was over 1 hour, and there was no apology or explanation, . I had to leave. The front desk staff ignored my concern. Staff should be trained in customer service.
Dr. Tesfaye was kind and knowledgeable. I can appreciate his perspective on medication as it it being the first option. His staff was friendly and professional and we were called back right on time for the appointment.
