I do not normally leave reviews but have no reservation in saying that AMI not only offers a great price compared to the market but also goes above and beyond with excellent service and explains their findings. I am so thankful as a first home buyer that I avoided purchasing a property, which would have costed more in repairs in the end and ended up with an even more excellent find. There are many things to hesitate on when buying or selling a home but when it comes to choosing this company - I highly recommend!

VERY DETAIL ORIENTED... Thank you Dan for being so thorough on your inspection of our new home. He even spotted all fogged windows and made sure they all opened. I own a small residential exterior cleaning company and hear about inspectors missing important things all the time.Dan is the best at Metro and will not overlook anything. He takes pride in his work.

Dan at Atlanta Metro Inspection is absolutely the best! I am a real estate agent and refer him to all of my clients. The one consistent comment I get from every client is the thoroughness of the reports. He really knows his code and takes his time to check everything from the big money pit items to the cosmetic items. He is very professional and great with texting which is very helpful in the industry. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. This company is definitely a diamond in the rough.
