Stayed here with a group for about a month. The rooms here are in desperate needs of upgrades and deep cleans. The rooms definitely show their age with temperamental AC units, damaged or missing furniture, and old, dirty appearing carpet. The rooms do not come properly furnished. Most of our rooms were missing a mini-fridge and microwave as advertised/promised and during the entire month we were told that we would get them provided but never happened. I was part of the group staying at this hotel when the incident described in another review occurred. On our second night, we were awakened around 1:20 a.m. by someone knocking on our door claiming to be security. As a group of women traveling together, being startled awake by an unexpected knock in the middle of the night was unsettling and immediately raised concerns about our safety. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. My friends and I were staying at the property and were abruptly awakened at 1:19 a.m. on our second night by someone knocking on our door claiming to be security. As a group of young women traveling alone, this was extremely alarming and unsettling. When we contacted the front desk after the incident, we were told there had been a “glitch” in their system and they needed to verify that our room was occupied. This hotel is not up to the Marriott standard - I have 2000+ nights with Marriott - lifetime Titanium. This hotel needs some love and I likely will not stay here again. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean but musty and smells old. $30 for parking is a little absurd for being in The suburbs.
