The property is in decent shape considering its age, but my experience was marred by cleanliness issues in the Ambassador Lounge. Unfortunately, the glassware and cutlery were not properly cleaned, which was disappointing for a premium space

I have stayed at this hotel every month for the past two years for drill for the Navy. I forgot my $130 Apple Pencil Pro, which had a light purple cover on it, in the bedside drawer, I realized it after driving 3 hours back home. I called the hotel and asked if they could find it and hold it until I came back for drill. They found the Apple Pencil and said they would hold it in lost and found. Incredibly disappointed with my experience here. No hot water for 5 days straight, only to be told there’s nothing they can do and no full refunds. After being verbally promised points for my inconvenience, I was given the runaround on 3 follow-up attempts. With the following attempt them telling me they will “no longer honor their original commitment” Unfortunate way to run an establishment and terrible way to treat a Titanium Elite member who has stayed 153 nights at Marriott this year. Stayed at this property recently it’s older the rooms are old and need an update . Buffet was closed so we ordered breakfast it was actually really good better than expected. However the manager was very rude at first we thought it was the restaurant manager but it was actually the food and beverage director and he was very rude and seemed like he did not want answer any of our questions . His attitude was horrible and the service could have been better .
