Until this week, I was an extremely loyal Marriott customer. Contracted 20 rooms for 2 nights for this week at the Atlanta Buckhead Marriott. Signed a contract, committed to the rooms and even paid to secure them. The hotel notified me by email that they were cancelling of all of the rooms 3 days prior to the meeting. They told me it was policy to have a rooming list with the names of each person or they had the right to cancel even though I was contracted and paid. Hotel was nice, staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean. Only complaint is walls seemed thinner than other Marriotts I have stayed in. I could hear neighboring room noises I do not usually hear - woke me up a few times.
Typical Marriott. Which is a good thing, but nothing to write home about.
Comfortable room and great service!
I really like this hotel. Very clean and modern decor. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
