Five stars!!!! Great customer service and prices! You can't find any better pricing than this place.
I am building a house, and this is the lighting supply company my builder uses. I found them to be overpriced -- you can order the same fixtures for more than a third less online, which is a significant amount. The outdoor lights that were ordered from them were not the right size, and I am having to special order and pay a restocking fee. Not a great experience!!
Staff is friendly and helpful, they offer a good selection with fair prices and the location in Decatur is easy to find.
Colonial Lighting recently became our Lighting Source for a number of New Homes we are building in the Atlanta area. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the staff, services offered, their attentiveness to our needs as a Home Builder and their selections of unique lighting fixtures and accessories. Hated my experience at this lighting store. Sales person convinced us that the ceiling fans were great and would work in specific rooms for our house; however, when the builder put them in we realized that they were way too small and the fans, craftmade, were not good at all. They would not take them back and offered us a 15% discount if we wanted to buy new ones. To heck with that, I don't want to buy anything else from this store, EVER!!!
Butch Brunt was a life saver--got me the perfect SubZero when mine conked out. Same for the washer with same day delivery. They could not be a better place to deal with--thanks to them we are up and running again.
