THIS PLACE; WOW! I took a Zumba and Spin class here, and I can say I enjoyed both! The instructors had great energy and personable personalities which I loved! It's such a great use of space as it includes daily classes, saunas, showers, a gym, art classes for studies, v-steam services, and MORE! I'll be returning!!
I recently attended a spin class at Atlanta Live Fitness, and it was amazing! The instructor was incredibly motivating, maintaining high energy throughout the session. The music was perfect, helping me push through the tough parts. The studio was also super clean, which added to the experience. I highly recommend this class for anyone looking for a fun and effective cardio workout. I can’t wait to go back!
