UPDATE: I received the attached email soon after posting my review. Is this the type of person you'd trust to do business with? It was also discovered that no one named "Marc Allard" is on the GA process server registry (which means this person is not legally allowed to perform process service duties in GA). Contacted Atlanta Legal Services to serve notice on my tenants regarding delinquent rent because I am out of town. Marc Allard was a rude, complete nightmare to communicate/work with. He changed the price from what was listed on their website, never sent pictures documenting the service, but sent threatening texts and emails weeks later asking for payment-- which again was a different (lower?) price.
