I originally came in for a BJJ class and realized it wasn't the right fit for me as a beginner (felt like I might get injured with all of the twisting going on and, plus, I'm an older athlete). Rather than trying to pressure me into signing up anyway, the manager, Ryan, took the time to listen and later invited me to come back and try a striking class instead. I utilized an offer to visit a class before joining and my son loved it. I won't be able to join due to conflicting work schedule but I loved this place. My child repeated the exercises he learned all night.

My first-ever Silks class at Atlanta Kick was amazing! Christina is a fantastic instructor—fun, encouraging, and very patient with beginners. She made me feel safe and confident, and by the end of the class I was actually able to do a few forms on the silks. Such a rewarding experience. Highly recommend!
