THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I dropped a necklace off to get engraved with 4 letters .I had to keep calling to check up on the necklace and they told me it would not be done soon . I told them I had to have it done as soon as possible because it was a necklace for my 5 year anniversary. When I went to pick up the necklace they had engraved the wrong side. They said they could fix it so they scrapped it off but you can still see it on the front. Then they made me drive 15 minutes Next to Walmart l to get it engraved ... read more
