We originally purcahsed our ticket to visit Vietnam and Cambodia. Unfortunately we could not go due to sudden illness of the famaily member. Initially Koren Airlines refused to cancel/extend or even consider making any change to our tickets. After Mr. Kurian talked to them personally, they agreed to honor our amount for travel within one year. The ticket amount was crdited to our travel in 2015. BEWARE.........They are fraud they increased my ticket $50 after I confirm and they charged $172 Agent fee..
