The doctors are good but they are always running late. No matter how early or late in the day your appointment is, you'll be waiting around for at least 30-60 minutes in reception and then another 30-60 minutes in the room. I find this highly disrespectful of our time. Just for context, if you turn up late they will cancel your appointment.
Such a nice clinic. Our whole family sees Dr. Downie. He takes time to listen and explain everything and I can always trust his advice.
This is one of the best medical visits that I have had. I think Dr Brown is great. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is easy to understand when explaining the Cochlear surgery. HIs Audiologist, Morgan, is also wonderful. Takes the time you need to help tweak and program your implant. Both seem to really like their jobs and don't rush during appointments. Highly recommend particularly for an Implant.
Dr. Statham is incredible. My 5 day old had a lip and tongue tie that was affecting her feeding and we were recommended Dr. Statham by our lactation consultant. Dr. Statham squeezed us in for an emergent appointment to get it fixed. She is extremely personable and made us feel so comfortable before and after the procedure. The procedure was done quickly and the difference in my baby’s latch was immediate.
Dr Downie performed surgery on me and two of my children this year. All were successful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this practice.
