Overall, a 10/10 experience! I was referred to Dr. Statham, and the same day I reached out, my daughter was seen. From the front desk staff to the doctor herself, everyone was wonderful. I expressed my concerns about a lip tie and the feeding issues we were experiencing, and Dr. Statham was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. The doctors are good but they are always running late. No matter how early or late in the day your appointment is, you'll be waiting around for at least 30-60 minutes in reception and then another 30-60 minutes in the room. I find this highly disrespectful of our time. Just for context, if you turn up late they will cancel your appointment.
Such a nice clinic. Our whole family sees Dr. Downie. He takes time to listen and explain everything and I can always trust his advice.
