I have been working with Dr. Speed off and on since January 2023. She has been a valuable resource for me in overcoming my challenges with insomnia.
I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Bartolucci's approach. My sleep anxiety and insomnia have improved significantly over the last few months, and I now have multiple tools to use.
If you're looking for a team to help you tackle sleep issues, this is the one to go to. Dr. B helped me regain control of my sleep (and, ultimately, my life) by providing practical, long-lasting guidance. My sleep is vastly improved from when I first started seeing her.
Julie was fantastic and quickly helped me overcome my insomnia that had persisted for nearly 6 months. She gave me the tools, and perhaps more importantly, the confidence, that I can use those tools in the future if insomnia returns. On top of that, I know I can always contact her in the future if insomnia returns and I am unable to overcome it.
