Dr Cossuto had a number of suggestions for me to try to improve my sleep. Hopefully I will see improvement soon!
Sleeping a fraction better but without the meds I’m not sure.
After years of chronic insomnia, my work with Dr. Cossuto has given me a solid foundation to build on my progress. I am sleeping better now than I have in years. Dr. Cossuto is very helpful, professional, and empathetic. I would highly recommend her.
I’ve had two telemedicine sessions so far with Dr. Cossuto. She is excellent, and with compassion she effectively shares the principles of CBT-I. Recommend her highly.
