Will not ever be going to Dr. Mukul Patharkar again. Doesn't care, terrible bed side manner, shows little to no compassion for patients. Do more research and find a better infectious disease dr than this gentleman.
Dr Siddiqi was excellent and made me feel valued as a patient. Whole staff was very professional
I had a referral to go to this facility. When they called me, I asked for the latest appointment time and she said, “ma’am I told you it’s 9:30!”. I stated, “ I understand for that day, but in general, what is your latest appointment time for any day because I work Monday through Friday and I don’t get off until 4:00”. Her response was “Oh no, we can’t do that. The latest we have is maybe a 2:00” and then hung up the phone. Then a few days later, she calls me again trying to schedule me!
