Tim Moll did a terrific job at inspecting he told me in depth what he was doing during the inspection he was professional and a great person overall I would recommend going thru this business if you have anything inspection related.
If I can give zero star I would. These guys are really bad. They rushed the inspection and missed several key issues. They lost our chance to negotiate prior to closing and causing us a lot of money. There are better inspector out there. They never even call us back after the inspection. Don't lose money like we did. If I can save one person with this review.
