The woman up front publicly announced in a occupied lobby changes to my insurance and I did not appreciate that at all.
The front desk is rude, the billing department is rude and they set appointments and don't run the insurance before hand and professional offices do. When you ask for a manager you receive a snarky response and are lied to that they are in a meeting. If you want to be treated with respect I would definitely not advise any interaction with them.
My experience with Atlanta Heart was really great. Everyone was quite courteous and extremely knowledgeable of my issues.
