Very professional and friendly
I have been going to Dr Doughn for a few yrs now and it's always been a pleasant and professional experience. I have been to several of his locations and the staff has always been the same pleasant, helpful, and professional.
De Smith and his entire staff are very helpful. I had a reaction from something associated with the heart monitor. On the 2nd day of wearing it, I returned to the office and they removed it because of the reaction, and recommended that I use witch hazel and Benadryl. The contacts left marks but they appear to be fading. When I returned for the Echo, again the tech who administered the test. was helpful and addressed any concerns and answered any questions.
