I've had my aids around six months now and am extremely satisfied. I have found Dr. Wynens to be very patient in my early training of proper usage and care.
Dr Wynens helped a friend of mind find the right hearing aid and technology after he tried many, many different hearing aids. His recommendation was so strong that when my turn came, we went directly to Dr. Wynens for help. She does a great job analyzing your hearing strengthes and weaknesses and fits you with the appropriate, finely tuned hearing aid and accessories. Now when my grandsons visit I really can hear what they are saying and no longer need to ask them to repeat themselves. What a happy day.
What a nice experience! Nothing like a traditional doctor visit -- Dr. Wynans is easy to talk to, thorough and extremely clear in her explanations. I was expecting a push to buy expensive hearing aids (which I probably need), but there was none of that. She explained that I needed an MD's evaluation and referred me. No pressure, and smiles all along. I'd go back in a minute.
