RecommendedMy 7 year old sustained a nose injury in which we were referred to follow up from Northside Hospital. Office scheduling called me to schedule an appointment immediately & got us in ASAP. My daughter was very nervous about the appointment- Dr. Van Deusen spoke directly to her & even ask if SHE had any questions at the end. I will refer any family or friends! Thank you for treating my daughter with the same respect & patience as any age patient. ❤️

I am breathing better than I have in years thanks to Dr Hoffman. I had a fall resulting in a broken nose, but an "incidental" finding showed up, and it was something this nurse had never heard of. I was seen by Dr Hoffman within a few days and of course, he knew exactly what it was. Surgery was done within 3 days! His office staff is so wonderful and works very hard to help keep things running smoothly. Some days there are a wait, but I understand that emergencies happen and everyone wants to see Dr Hoffman.
Why my sons pediatrician recommended this place I'll never know. Waited 2 hrs with a bored 3 yr. old just to see the doctor for not even 5 mins. All the doctor could say was he's definitely had enough ear infections to meet the criteria for getting tubes. But, he wouldn't recommend it right now & to come back next time he has another ear infection. Total waste of our time & money. Thanks for nothing.
