The doctor blatantly lies about her qualifications. Check the board certification sites. She is obsessed with titles and prestige she does not have and would never deserve. She committed medical malpractice. She has been reported to the board of medicine multiple times. These people are not bright and they are simply trying to take your money.
Paid 5k dollars out of pocket and told nothing else would be necessary.. That was the first lie! I now have an outstanding balance of over 500$ for drug tests and bloodwork that was supposed to be covered by the initial 5k agreement and now I am being billed for what insurance wouldn't cover. (I GAVE NO CONSENT of billing for such and was LIED to about why my insurance information was requested. Spoke with Michael on the phone for quite a bit. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, transparent, and honest. I was extremely hopeful to be working with this group to overcome my benzodiazepine withdrawal. I had an appointment set and was looking forward to starting on my healing journey with support.
