Dr Ward is amazing! He made the scariest situation of my life bearable. The whole staff at Atlanta Has and Neck is so great!
Dr. Song and his PA's are wonderful. Dr. Song answered all of our questions and we believe my husband beat cancer because of this practice and of course, the radiation oncologist (Dr. Chowdhary) recommended by Dr. Song, who is also fabulous.
The woman answering the phone was extremely rude; accused me of “hanging up in her face” when I called back. Needless to say, I will not be making an appointment with Dr. Gregory Ward nor recommend him to other cancer patients. Cancer is hard enough as it is. No one deserves to have to deal with disrespectful and rude individuals on top of that. It is within reason for patients to expect to interact with professional office staff, especially in such a delicate environment.
