Since my initial visit with Dr. Okoro, I have experienced improvement with my GERD/acid reflux condition.  She consulted with me about my diet and lifestyle and ran a series of test to provide a comprehensive diagnosis.  She explained her treatment plan for providing relief to my discomfort and continues to monitor my progress.  I highly recommend her for GI care.

This review is for Paige Espenship, RD. I am very happy that I was referred to Paige. She is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She asked me questions about my diet to help me personally. This was a new diagnosis for me and I had absolutely no real information about the condition or the meds. This review is about the Dietician Emilia Paige Espenship, RD: Paige really knows her stuff. Every question I asked she was able to answer and elaborate on in detail. She was very patient with all my questions and took the full hour to help me walk through all my concerns. I would definitely recommend Paige to anyone. I will also be meeting with her again in the future as my health journey progresses.

This was the first and last time I will use this practice. Originally was going to have the colonoscopy done in their facility but learned my insurance wanted me to go to a Northside Hospital facility. When they learned of this change, I suddenly had to come in for a pre-procedure appointment, which was NOT required if I used their facility (can you say "money grab"?) Saw Dr Oberdeen for first visit today, was impressed with him and his staff. Left feeling I finally found a doctor to help with my digestive issues and causes of weight loss. Look forward to getting answers, finally! Thank you to my new care team, much appreciated.

I was referred by my doc. Appt set 3 months out. I made the appt and verified they took my insurance as my doc never verifies. They took it so booked the appt. I could not remember the name of the place but had the phone number. I call and they say I do not have an appt. I call again a day or so later thinking it was an error. I am told again no appt.. On my first visit I had to wait over an hour in the exam room to discuss having a colonoscopy. I couldn't schedule the colonoscopy at that appt as their computers were down. They said they would call me to schedule it but no one did. Then, it was very difficult to schedule one as no one would return my calls. Finally, with the colonoscopy, I mistakenly thought the appt had been changed from 2:30 to 3 as another provider with "endo" in the name had sent me a text about an appt at 3. So, I arrived at 2:10.
