My first time visiting this office and the customer service and interaction with my Dr. was spectacular. Shout out to receptionist Maryah who checked me in and Amandi. Dr. Haywood was very thorough and direct. My type of Dr. Thank you guys. PS. Merry Christmas
I had a frustrating experience. On the day of my appointment there were heavy rains and several traffic accidents that delayed my arrival. Unfortunately I arrived about an hour late and the office could not attend to me. I understand that there are punctuality policies, but I spent more than $100 on transportation to get to and return home without receiving medical attention. So if you’re having a bad day and running late, don’t waste your time trying hard to make it to your appointment
