This was my first office visit since moving from Florida. Dr. Garud and his staff were very professional and friendly. I felt relaxed and was impressed with their concern for my health. I didn't feel like a new patient, they made me feel like I had been a long time patient with them. Thank you Doctor Garud.

I recently called to cancel an appointment, and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. I understand policies are in place, but there's no excuse for the unprofessional attitude I received. A little courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking. It left me with a very negative impression of the practice, and I won’t be returning.
