I recently called to cancel an appointment, and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. I understand policies are in place, but there's no excuse for the unprofessional attitude I received. A little courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking. It left me with a very negative impression of the practice, and I won’t be returning.

They never return phone calls. Canceled my colonoscopy without my understanding why. Staff was clueless about almost every thing. Just don't go to them unless you like stress and frustration.

Had a really great experience at this office. The front staff was kind and welcoming. Dr. Johnson was absolutely great. He took the time to sit and talk with me about my concerns. He was truly listening and did not make me feel rushed at all. Very thankful for such a good experience and for a doctor who really seemed to care.

While Dr. Camilo is an excellent doctor he continually runs behind with his appointments. My last two visits have been greater than 60mins. I understand emergency arise, but there has to be a better way then having patients arriving 15 mins early for they scheduled appointments (as required) only to be told it is going to be over 60 mins before you can see the dr.
