Title: Poor Installation and Zero Customer Service My builder hired Atlanta Flooring for a flooring installation, and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. The installation was poorly done, zero underlayment was placed down, floorboards are now lifting, chipping and peeling like spaghetti. I contacted Crystal Williams at Atlanta Flooring and she processed a claim. An inspector was sent out to my home. This Company is the best flooring firm I have ever seen! They did an excellent job on two residences that I own. Their level of care is unsurpassed by any competitor. I would use them again in a heart beat. They are outstanding!
An utterly disgusting management team that wears Christ like a banner while trashing people that really care and want to do a good job. Don't work here. Don't trust them. I don't know what they're running, but it's not good. No integrity. I'm ashamed to have them on my resume after what I've seen. Benefits are absolutely minimal.
